Listen

When you feel you're stuck in your life you can help yourself by sharing this with someone who is close to you.

And then the next thing for you to do is to think of others.

See if you can come up with an idea of how you can be of help to someone and be more sensible.
It doesn't need to be complicated or complexed. It could be as simple as lending an ear and really listen to someone.

When was the last time you REALLY listened to someone else for the full 100%?
